How we keep your will data safe

Encryption, access controls, and what happens to your documents after registration.

How we keep your will data safe

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the small team of professionals involved in drafting and registration can access it, and every internal access is logged. We treat your will the same way a bank treats its most sensitive customer data, because in many ways that is exactly what it is.

Access controls follow the principle of least privilege. Engineers do not browse customer data, support agents only see what they need to help, and lawyers only access the files they are assigned to. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for every team member, on every device.

After ADJD registration, you receive an encrypted copy of the final document plus a printable PDF. We retain a backup for the period required by UAE record-keeping rules, stored in encrypted form on infrastructure hosted in the region, so your data does not casually leave the jurisdiction it was created in.

You can request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations, and we will confirm in writing once it is done. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who has access, and how long it is kept, in language a non-lawyer can actually read.
